ABOUT HILZ
Hilz is a Meanjin-based singer-songwriter and powerhouse performer, known for commanding vocals, infectious energy, and earworm melodies. After a background in musical theatre, she’s made waves on the original music scene, releasing her debut single Circles (2022), EP Lie in Grey (2023), and most recently performing Saturday (2025) at the Luna Stage at Woodford Folk Festival. Her single Good Vibes reached #22 on 4ZZZ’s Hot 100 of 2025, cementing her reputation as one of SEQ’s hottest emerging artists.
Whether performing solo, with her brother Al, or in full band mode, Hilz brings a fresh, modern pop sound infused with punk attitude, powerhouse vocals, and killer stage presence.
